Architecture
Taipei Strategic Labs collects minimal personal identification necessary to facilitate our consultancy services and deliver specific market analytics reports. We categorize data processing into two primary lanes:
Direct Engagement
Information provided via our inquiry forms or direct strategic briefings, including names, corporate email addresses, and professional titles.
Technical Telemetry
Standard server logs including IP addresses and browser fingerprints used purely for infrastructure security and regional session management in Taiwan.
We do not engage in broad-spectrum data harvesting or third-party behavioral tracking. Every data point retrieved is utilized to sharpen the accuracy of the data insights we provide to our client partners.
Execution of Data Strategy
Our internal handling protocols ensure that information never exists outside of a secured context. We apply the following criteria to all data processing operations:
Purpose Limitation
Data is used exclusively for the bespoke delivery of consulting services. We do not repurpose client-specific metadata for secondary internal training or external monetization.
Regional Sovereignty
All market analytics platforms and databases are managed within secure frameworks compliant with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Access Hardening
We utilize enterprise-grade encryption for all dormant and transit-phase data, ensuring that strategy docs and analytical insights remain confidential.
